We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Jackson Guitars. If your instrument or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear Securely

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, hangtags, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
